I’m an IT professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligent Systems Engineering and hands-on experience across support, systems, development, testing, design, and digital content.
My work sits at the intersection of technology and people. I enjoy diagnosing complex issues, improving how systems behave, shaping clearer digital interfaces, and translating technical ideas into useful, engaging experiences.

Dakwah Digital Network Sdn. Bhd. (BeDaie)
Created book previews, reviews, educational snippets, promotions, and inspirational videos. Edited religious class content with subtitles and creative elements, helping strengthen awareness and sales of the company’s publications.
Role Vision Sdn. Bhd.
Designed, coded, tested, debugged, and optimised the company ERP system. Developed chatbot flows using a proprietary platform and designed a corporate website in Figma.
Sudoers Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Tested website UI and APIs, created documentation and quotations, gained hands-on exposure to server hardware, designed wireframes in Balsamiq, and set up Debian servers with MariaDB and PostgreSQL in Oracle VirtualBox.

Facilitated Google Workspace and Adobe Photoshop workshops, created Microsoft Word tutorials, and designed banners and social media posters — strengthening both teaching and content production skills.
